- a custodial wallet provider
- an investment or advisory service
2. Eligibility

By using ANO, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
3. Non-Custodial Use
ANO is a non-custodial platform:
- Users control their own wallets and identities
- ANO does not store private keys or recovery phrases
- ANO cannot access, move, freeze, or withdraw user funds
- All blockchain interactions are initiated by the user
You are solely responsible for securing your wallet and access credentials.
4. Usage Fees (ANO)
- ANO is used to pay for actions within the platform
- ANO is a utility token used for protocol usage, not a security or financial product
- Sending messages, contact requests, and certain features require a small fee (paid in ANO or covered by free message credits)
- ANO has no guaranteed value and is not redeemable for cash
- Fees paid in ANO are non-refundable once an action is executed
ANO may adjust pricing, limits, or usage rules at any time.
5. Payments
- Payments may be made via third-party providers (e.g. fiat on-ramps)
- ANO does not store or process credit card or banking information
- ANO does not custody user funds
- Payment providers operate under their own terms and privacy policies
ANO is not responsible for fees or policies imposed by third-party providers.
6. User Responsibilities
You agree not to use ANO to:
- Engage in illegal activities
- Harass, spam, or abuse other users
- Distribute malicious software or attempt to exploit the platform
- Circumvent usage limits, fees, or safeguards
You are responsible for all actions performed using your wallet or identity.
7. Abuse, Access Restrictions & Enforcement
ANO does not centrally control user wallets or blockchain identities.
However, access to application interfaces, services, or features may be restricted or limited in cases of:
- Abuse or misuse of the platform
- Violation of these Terms
- Security risks or protocol integrity concerns
- Legal or regulatory requirements
Such restrictions do not affect blockchain access or user-controlled funds.
8. Content & Communications
- Users are responsible for the content you send or receive
- ANO does not monitor private communications
- ANO is not responsible for user-generated content
You acknowledge that blockchain-based data may be immutable.
9. Availability & Modifications
ANO is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
ANO may:
- Modify or discontinue features
- Update these Terms
- Temporarily suspend interfaces for maintenance or security
Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
10. Termination
You may stop using ANO at any time.

Termination does not affect blockchain data or user-controlled assets.
